Kalchthaler, Thomas J., D.O., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Kalchthaler graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1971.
He completed his residency at Mt. Sinai City Hospital Center in Elmhurst, N.Y. as well as a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. A Diplomate of both American Boards in Internal and Geriatric Medicine, Dr. Kalchthaler also is a member of numerous professional medical societies, including the Medical Director’s Association of America and The American Geriatrics Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the Gerontological Society of America.

Dr. Kalchthaler is the Chief of Geriatrics and the Director of the Geriatrics Program for Family Practice Residents at St. Joseph’s Medical Center. He is also a Lecturer in Medicine at Columbia University and an Assistant Professor at New York Medical College.

In 1987 Dr. Kalchthaler founded Geriatric Services, P.C. and has been the president of the group since that time.
